See by Chloé Si Belle opens with a nervy, almost confrontational greenness — birch leaf and cucumber give a watery, slightly smoky shimmer that makes the neroli feel less like a sunny citrus and more like a foraged bitterness. The heart quickly softens into a pile of white floral petals, gardenia and orange blossom smudging together with apple and peach into something that reads more like a high-end shampoo than a daring perfume. Down on the skin, the base turns milky and faintly tropical: coconut and vanilla lace through white musk and coumarin, but the amber stays so restrained it barely registers. The overall character is a delicate, airy white floral with a leathery whisper in the first few minutes that never quite materializes into full skin. It evokes an afternoon in a polished conservatory where someone has left a half-eaten peach on a wicker chair. The longevity is mediocre at best, barely three hours before the whole thing dissolves into a clean-musk ghost, and the sillage is a soft close hug you have to lean in to catch. This is a pleasant, unchallenging spring daytime fragrance for someone who wants to smell fresh and floral without any edge.
