Be Vigorous

Character
Be Vigorous by The Dua Brand is a chaotic floral scent that refuses to sit still. The gardenia and jasmine are the clear stars here, but they are not the soft, buttery white florals you might expect. Instead, they feel aggressively fresh, almost screaming out of the bottle alongside sharp lemon and bergamot. Pink pepper adds a biting, metallic edge that cuts through the petals. It is a strange, compelling mix of creamy lactonic petals and prickly citrus that can feel a bit disjointed on the skin. The sandalwood tries to anchor the composition, yet the overall impression remains loud and slightly abrasive rather than smooth.
The main issue with this fragrance is its synthetic leaning. The "marine" and "aromatic" accords feel chemically sharp, lacking the natural texture found in higher-end niche releases. It smells distinctly like a budget-friendly oil blend where the individual notes struggle to meld into a cohesive whole. While the combination of white florals and spices is interesting in theory, the execution feels cluttered and suffers from a lack of finesse. It is a challenging wear for those who prefer their florals elegant or subtle, as this one is neither.
