Uma Ovelha Pra Lá de Negra
Fragrance notes
Character
This is a fragrance that announces itself with a bright citrus fanfare, bergamot and mandarin orange lifted by a sprig of neroli, before a sudden shadow falls. The heart is where the magic truly lives. A powdered iris, dry and elegant, tangles with a sharp pepper and a rose that refuses to be sweet. It feels like a black wool coat on a chilly autumn afternoon. The base of cedar, sandalwood, and amber is warm enough to be comforting, but the musk keeps everything dusted in a soft, almost ghostly haze.
Here is the problem, and I will not pretend otherwise. This Oriental composition, clearly designed for women, has the longevity of a bird landing and taking off. About two and a half hours before it fades. Its sillage is a whisper, not a statement. For a fragrance with this much woody and powdery depth, it is frustratingly transparent. It feels like a niche concept filtered through a mainstream, skin-scent lens. If you love a fragrance that sits close and demands you lean in, this is your melancholic, iris-heavy darling. If you want presence or projection, skip it entirely. Wear it on a crisp fall morning with a cashmere scarf, a private pleasure rather than a public announcement. A woolly cloud that dissolves before you can catch it. 🐑
