Walking into a room wearing Vdot’s Flavor of Pleasure feels less like applying a scent and more like wrapping yourself in a thick, expensive blanket. The opening is a rush of dried fruits steeped in cognac, a boozy and slightly medicinal start that immediately signals this is not a lighthearted purchase. It is heavy, dark, and undeniably sticky, pulling you into its orbit with a gourmand intensity that demands attention. There is a sharpness to the immortelle that cuts through the initial sugar, preventing it from becoming a total sugar bomb right out of the gate.

As it settles, the heart notes create a dense, resinous cloud where tobacco and chocolate intertwine with a realistic, pungent edge. The inclusion of cannabis is bold, adding a green, slightly sour herbal facet that keeps the sweetness from becoming cloying. It is a scent that feels tactile; you can almost feel the texture of the walnut and honey on your skin. This phase is opulent and chaotic in the best way, smelling like a high-end tobacco shop mixed with a patisserie, creating a vibe that is both rugged and incredibly indulgent.

The drydown is where the fragrance truly defines itself, moving away from the edible notes and settling into a sophisticated, dark woody territory.
