Allure Homme Sport Cologne
Fragrance notes
Character
Allure Homme Sport Cologne is built almost entirely from citrus: lemon, bergamot, orange, grapefruit and neroli, brightened further by aldehydes into something sparkling rather than sour. Mandarin orange adds a touch of sweetness alongside the sharper citrus notes, rounding the top without softening it much. It settles for an average stretch and keeps its distance too, a small citrus cloud that clings close to the collar and skin.
Fir resin and elemi bring a faint green, resinous shift in the heart, before pepper and vetiver dry things out toward the base. The spices add a bit of warmth without turning the composition heavy, more a light dusting than a real spice accord. Atlas cedar and tonka close it on a soft, woody note, with white musk keeping the whole composition clean and unobtrusive.
It is built for warm weather and daytime wear, the kind of cologne suited to a gym bag or a summer commute more than a formal evening. It does not try to be complicated, and that restraint is its whole appeal: bright citrus, a little green, done cleanly and without fuss, easy to reach for on repeat without ever feeling like an event.
