Our take

Lucrèce is a fragrance for the person who wants a soft, powdery floral that still carries a fresh, mineral edge. The opening makes the case immediately. Pear, peach, raspberry, and black currant provide a bright, juicy lift, but the inclusion of sand in the top notes pulls the fruit away from candy and gives it a dry, coastal texture. That salty mineral facet is the first reason this works as a refined daily wear rather than a playful gourmand.

The heart centers on lily-of-the-valley, which bridges the gap between the fresh top and the warm base. Heliotrope, almond, vanilla, and musk create a smooth, powdery foundation that feels classic and comforting. Sandalwood and patchouli add just enough earthy depth to keep the white floral accord from floating away completely. It smells polished and composed, sitting comfortably between a fresh daytime scent and a cozy evening option.

The limitation here is the lily-of-the-valley. It dominates the heart so thoroughly that the interesting sand and fruit from the opening get pushed aside too quickly. If you dislike that specific flower, the entire composition will feel one-dimensional no matter how well the vanilla and musk are blended.
