A terrace in the hills sits quiet after the sun disappears. Juniper and cypress lead the air, sharp and clean, with lime and mandarin orange adding a bright lift. Basil and fig leaf bring a green edge that keeps the citrus from feeling simple. Lavender settles in quickly, soft and dry, while rock rose adds a faint resinous touch that grounds the opening without weighing it down.
Mate and pine carry the heart, leaning into the trees rather than the flowers. Incense drifts through in small amounts, giving the air a faintly smoky texture that never dominates. Jasmine appears as a pale shimmer, not a sweet bloom, and it lets the green notes stay in charge. Cedar holds the base with a dry wood that feels natural and unpolished, more like a plank in the open air than a polished interior.
The scent stays near the skin, close enough that only someone nearby catches it when the air moves. It lingers through the evening without fading too soon, present but never loud. A warm breeze moves across the terrace and carries the dry cedar and pine past a row of clay pots filled with growing herbs.
