Blueberry and jasmine soften the top notes, while cedar and cinnamon bring a gentle warmth that keeps the fruit from feeling sugary. The heart sits close to the skin in a pleasant way, floral and woody at once, never loud or overwhelming.
Suede and leather anchor the base, supported by amber, patchouli, vanilla, and oakmoss. The result is a chypre that feels textured rather than smooth, with an animalic and powdery character that gives it personality. It suits a bright afternoon walk through a city street, when the sun is high and the air feels clear. The ozonic and aquatic touches keep it from becoming too heavy, so it wears like a second skin instead of a thick layer.
The blend is creative and full, yet the vanilla and amber sometimes sit a little too close to the leather, making the sweetness feel slightly muddled. The notes compete for attention in the drydown instead of settling into a clean finish. It is a rich composition with many moving parts, but the balance is not perfect throughout.
