The middle shifts toward ambergris and sea salt, softened by coconut milk. The salt cuts the fruit just enough to keep it from sitting flat, while the coconut adds a smooth, creamy texture. There is an animalic edge from the ambergris that keeps the blend from reading as a simple tropical blend.
