Fragrance notes
Saffron arrives first, sharp and metallic against the pale jasmine. The white floral element stays thin and cool rather than lush. Caramel sits in the heart, thick and sticky, pulling the florals into a heavier space. The metallic accord runs through the composition like a cold wire, never letting the sugar feel soft.
Woody notes anchor the base with a dry, flat presence. Tobacco adds a dusty warmth that clashes slightly with the shiny caramel. Leather appears in small touches, giving the blend a faintly rugged edge. The warm spicy accord hums underneath without ever becoming the main story.
The overall impression is sweet but not gourmand in a friendly way. It feels constructed and deliberate, more like a study in contrasts than a seamless wear. The metallic facet can feel abrasive against the skin when the caramel pushes forward. White floral and spice do not fully merge here.
The jasmine sometimes turns thin and medicinal once the caramel fully opens. The metallic note occasionally overwhelms the wood and leather, making the drydown feel unbalanced. It is a fragrance of sharp edges and competing textures rather than a smooth, unified scent.
