V Canto Alki opens with a bright, juicy rush of peach and passionfruit that feels sunlit and immediate. Japanese cherry blossom and magnolia sit above the fruit, lending a soft petal texture that keeps the start from becoming a simple candy bowl. The fruit is ripe, yet the florals pull it toward something elegant rather than playful.
The heart shifts the mood with leather and two distinct roses. Bulgarian and Turkish rose varieties add depth and a classic floral weight, while heliotrope brings a gentle powder that settles across the skin. Ambergris introduces a faintly salty, animalic breath that makes the flowers feel lived in. This is not a clean office rose, but a rose that wears leather boots and carries a warm, slightly untamed energy.
Mahogany and oakmoss ground the base alongside Australian sandalwood and dual oud varieties. Madagascar vanilla smooths the edges without turning the blend sweet. Musk ties the woods and florals together so the transition feels seamless. The result is a floral leather with a woody, vanilla accord.
