Fragrance notes
Character
The door to the studio is open, letting in the dry evening air. Inside, a ceramic bowl holds crushed carrot seeds next to a small pile of saffron threads. The scent rises from the skin as the two open together, earthy and metallic at once. Iris and rose follow without softening the edge. Patchouli and oakmoss pull the flowers down into the dust, keeping the air dry and close to the ground.
Hands move across a wooden table that already carries the smell of agarwood. Musk settles into the fabric of a sleeve. Vanilla sits underneath it all, warm but never sweet enough to change the room. The powdery accord rests on the surface of everything, blurring the line between the notes and the air itself. It feels like a space that belongs to someone who spends time with raw materials and does not rush to clean them up.
The light falls across the table and the scent stays exactly where it landed, mixed with the grain of the wood and the dry heat of the room.
