Fragrance notes
Character
Pomegranate arrives bright and tart, a sharp red opening that feels more acidic than sweet. It gives the start a clean, almost biting edge before the rest of the composition moves in.
Aldehydes bring a sparkling, slightly soapy lift to the rose. The flower here is not lush or romantic. It is dry, transparent, and sits close to the skin rather than dominating the air.
Sandalwood provides a smooth, creamy foundation that anchors the deeper notes. Leather adds a cool, slightly rough texture that keeps the wood from feeling too soft. Musk lingers underneath with a faint animalic warmth that gives the base a lived-in character.
The powdery accord settles across the drydown and blurs the sharper edges of the fruit. Rose and leather continue to intertwine, the floral aspect growing drier while the wood deepens. There is a quiet tension between the clean aldehydes and the heavier base, with the musk pulling everything toward a skin-scent closeness that feels intimate rather than bold.
