Kiss & Sea Ficus Carica
Fragrance notes
Character
Kiss & Sea Ficus Carica opens with a bright mix of lemon and bergamot. Pink pepper adds a mild bite to the citrus, giving the start a clean and slightly sharp edge. The top feels fresh and direct, with no heavy sweetness or cloudy notes to slow it down.
The heart introduces black currant alongside cinnamon and saffron. The fruit brings a tart, slightly juicy quality that keeps the spice from feeling dry. Cinnamon and saffron add warmth, but the fruit stays present and prevents the middle from becoming too dense.
Guaiac wood, frankincense, and cedar form a dry and resinous base. The wood is prominent and leans more aromatic than creamy. Frankincense adds a faintly smoky resin touch, while cedar keeps the foundation straight and linear without much softness.
The blend suits daytime wear and feels most at home in open, sunlit settings. The one limitation is that the saffron can read a bit thin and metallic against the wood, making the overall composition feel slightly unbalanced in its middle phase.
