Our take

You walk into a room that smells of polished wood and poured drinks. The opening hits with bright passionfruit and tangerine, but the citrus does not stay light for long. Brandy and rum quickly pull the fruit into a darker space, giving the first impression a boozy weight that feels intentional rather than accidental. It is a loud, sweet entrance that demands attention.

The heart settles into whiskey and oak, with iris adding a soft powder that keeps the leather from feeling too rugged. Lactones bring a creamy roundness that sits between the drinks and the wood. The transition feels smooth, moving from fruit to spirit without losing the sweetness that defined the start.

Vanilla and caramel dominate the base, supported by sandalwood and amber. Vetiver adds a dry edge, but the gasoline note is the element that divides opinions. It gives the fragrance a sharp, industrial bite that clashes with the dessert-like foundation. That harsh streak never fully disappears into the warmth.

The perfume is composed by Luciana Bergamasco. It is a heavy, sweet scent that works best when the air is cold and the sky is dark. The gasoline accent is a real drawback for anyone who prefers a clean gourmand, and that rough edge is the reason some will pass on the bottle.
