Rīts 1
Fragrance notes
Character
Rīts 1 opens with a sharp bite of citruses and mint, cut immediately by the bitter green snap of wormwood and black currant leaf. Bergamot brightens the entrance, but the mood stays cool and slightly medicinal rather than juicy. This is a brisk, herbal wake-up call that feels more like a walk through damp Latvian woods at dawn than a trip to a sunny orchard.
The heart leans into lavender and geranium, supported by coriander and a soft jasmine shimmer. Coumarin brings a gentle hay-like sweetness, while patchouli adds an earthy depth that keeps the florals from floating away. The blend feels traditional and firmly rooted in early nineties European perfumery, where freshness had to earn its place through rugged greenery.
Balsam fir and oakmoss anchor the base, joined by sandalwood, cedar, vetiver, musk, and a trace of civet. The result is a dry, forest-floor finish that wears its masculinity like a wool coat. It suits a man who prefers classic barbershop elegance over modern sweetness and wants a scent for crisp mornings and professional settings.
