It is a Chypre Fruity in name, but the chypre structure is barely a skeleton, more a suggestion of patchouli and moss that never fully materializes. The heart introduces a ginger and pink pepper kick, a fleeting warmth that cuts through the sweetness before jasmine and rose step in to smooth things over. But this is no grand floral; the florals feel powdery and shy, tucked behind the fruit. The drydown settles into a cozy vanilla and amber base with a dusting of sandalwood and a soft patchouli, like the last sticky traces of a fruit tart left on a porcelain plate. Longevity is a problem, barely three hours on skin, and sillage sits close enough that you will be the only one enjoying it for long. That low projection actually suits the fragrance’s temperament: it is a warm, sweet, powdery cloud, not a statement. Best for spring evenings or crisp fall afternoons when you want something comforting but not loud. It leans synthetic in the opening but softens into a pleasant, mainstream sweetness.
