Our take

Claudia Leitte Glam opens with a noticeable synthetic edge that clings to the bright tangerine and pear. The dried fruits add a heavy, candied weight that can feel a bit plastic next to the crisp pink pepper. Rose sits in the top layer with these fruit notes, and the combination leans loud rather than refined. The initial spray delivers a lot of sweetness that does not wait to settle, so the first impression is busy and slightly sharp.

The heart brings magnolia, iris, gardenia, and jasmine into the mix. These white florals soften the fruit but never fully cover the artificial sheen. Powdery iris and creamy gardenia give the middle a classic floral shape, while the jasmine adds a fresh lift. Sandalwood and patchouli enter from the base to ground the bouquet, with amber and vanilla wrapping the florals in a warm, resinous blanket. The accord reads woody, fruity, sweet, and floral all at once, which makes the composition feel crowded.

The synthetic quality that marks the opening never really disappears, and it keeps the fragrance from feeling natural on the skin. In bright daylight, the candied fruit and warm amber create a cheerful, sunny mood that fits a warm day or a clear winter morning. The scent stays sweet and powdery throughout, but the plastic note in the tangerine and pear remains obvious. That artificial edge is the one thing that limits how often this perfume feels like the right choice.
