LiLi opens with a bright mix of lime and Amalfi lemon that feels immediate and sharp. Mimosa adds a soft, pollen-like sweetness to the top, keeping the citrus from feeling purely acidic. The entrance is cheerful and direct, moving quickly into the floral heart without losing that initial spark.
The middle features lime blossom and lily-of-the-valley. The lime blossom brings a honeyed, green quality that bridges the zest from the opening to the flowers. Lily-of-the-valley contributes a clean, dewy freshness. Together, they create a yellow floral character that is sweet but retains a green stem-like edge throughout this phase.
Sandalwood anchors the blend with a smooth, creamy base. It does not dominate, but it rounds out the sharper citrus and the delicate flowers. The overall texture becomes slightly powdery as the sandalwood settles, supporting the honey and sweet accords already present in the composition.
The fragrance feels natural and light, suited for a bright morning or a walk outdoors when the air is mild. It is composed by Dawn Spencer Hurwitz. The one limitation is that the lime and lemon can feel a bit thin, lacking the depth that a richer base would provide to balance the sharp top notes.
