Our take

Musk is the whole point of Narciso, not a supporting note. It comes in warm and skin-like from the first minutes, wrapped around gardenia and white rose that read more powdery than sweet, and it never really leaves. Vetiver and cedar underneath give the musk something dry to lean on, and an animalic thread adds some grit instead of a clean laundry finish. The rose stays powdery through the wear, never allowed to soften into something syrupy or overly sweet.

On skin it sticks around, and the sillage keeps a close-range presence, felt by whoever's near without ever getting loud. That makes it a strong pick for an office or a quiet dinner, a signature scent more than a statement one. The earthy base is where the composition earns its keep, turning a simple floral musk into something with real depth. Gardenia lovers who find most white florals too loud should try Narciso, though anyone chasing a bright, obvious opening will want something else entirely. The whole structure works because nothing in it tries especially hard to be noticed, least of all the flowers that would normally lead a composition like this.
