Demi-Jour opens with violet and bergamot brightened by aldehydes. The start feels airy and slightly sparkling, a light lift that carries the florals forward without weight. Violet leads clearly, supported by the citrus edge of bergamot and a clean shimmer from the aldehydes.
The heart gathers iris, heliotrope, ylang-ylang, rose, jasmine, and lily-of-the-valley. Iris and heliotrope create a soft powder, while the rose and white florals add fullness. Ylang-ylang rounds the blend with a gentle richness, and lily-of-the-valley keeps the center fresh. The composition stays close to the skin, moving through the day with a steady presence that does not overwhelm the room.
Sandalwood, musk, cedar, and oakmoss form the base. Sandalwood and cedar give a dry wood frame, musk softens the edges, and oakmoss adds a faint earthy touch. The woods and powder linger through daylight hours with a calm, even wear that asks little attention.
