Wadi
Fragrance notes
Character
Wadi opens with a bright, resinous lift. Pink pepper and bergamot provide a sharp citrus sting, while pineapple adds a juicy, transparent sweetness. Rosemary and elemi introduce a green, slightly medicinal edge that keeps the fruit from feeling heavy. The transition moves quickly into a warmer center where caramel and cashmere wood take hold. Magnolia and rose soften the texture, but patchouli grounds the heart with an earthy, dark presence. The sweetness here is thick and gourmand, leaning into the soft spicy accord without becoming cloying.
The base defines the fragrance. Leather arrives with a dry, animalic texture that pairs closely with labdanum and tonka bean. Raspberry weaves through the darker notes, adding a tart fruitiness that prevents the amber and musky accords from turning flat. Vetiver and moss bring a damp, earthy finish that sits beneath the smoky leather. The caramel from the heart lingers, now wrapped in resin and skin-like warmth. Patchouli and raspberry continue to shift against the leather, creating a dry, sweet, and slightly dirty profile that stays close to the skin. The composition feels dense, with the fruit and sugar slowly merging into the animalic woods
