Fragrance notes
Plum and peach lead with a thick, syrupy weight that feels more like jam than fresh fruit. The sweetness is immediate and unapologetic, coating the skin in a dense layer of sugar before anything else has a chance to speak. This is not a light introduction.
Jasmine and English rose sit underneath, but they do not lift the blend. Instead, they take on the same candied quality as the opening, creating a floral impression that reads as heavy and slightly artificial. The magnolia gets lost entirely under the louder notes.
Vanilla and raspberry anchor the base, pushing the fragrance further into dessert territory. Ambrette adds a soft musky texture, though it never balances the sugar. The overall effect is a single, continuous note of confection rather than a developing composition.
The limitation here is the lack of contrast. Every element pulls in the same direction, so the scent becomes monotonous after a short while. If you prefer a floral that offers dry edges or green space between the notes, this will feel too flat and one-dimensional.
