Immortal Oud
Fragrance notes
Character
Immortal Oud opens with a brisk mix of pepper, cardamom, orange, raspberry, peach, and coconut. The spices feel sharp and bright, the citrus adds lift, and the fruits bring a juicy, slightly tart edge. Coconut smooths the start with a soft, creamy touch that keeps the top from feeling too dry or too sharp. The heart moves into dried fruits, rose, thyme, and patchouli. The dried fruits deepen the sweetness already present, rose adds a gentle floral layer, thyme brings an herbal, slightly savory note, and patchouli grounds the middle with an earthy, dark tone.
The base carries the fragrance with oud, tobacco, vanilla, cacao, tonka bean, amber, and vetiver. Oud arrives with a resinous, woody weight that feels dense and steady. Tobacco adds a dry, leafy warmth, vanilla and tonka bean create a rounded, comforting sweetness, and cacao pushes that sweetness toward something rich and slightly bitter. Amber ties the resins together with a golden, smooth glow, while vetiver finishes with an earthy, grassy root note that keeps the base from becoming too heavy. The overall impression is a room lit by a low fire, wood smoke curling near the ceiling, and a plate of dark chocolate resting on a table beside a cup of spiced tea.
