Rarely does a fragrance open this cold: mint, grapefruit and bergamot hit first, sharp and a little medicinal, with anise adding a faint licorice shadow underneath. Green notes and cassis pull it slightly darker in the heart, and hedione gives the whole thing a soft, almost watery transparency, while rose stays quiet in the background, never really pushing forward.
Cassis adds a small dark-fruit pulse under all that green, easy to miss unless you are paying close attention, and the overall effect feels dissolved in water rather than layered onto skin the way a denser floral would be. There is very little to hold onto once the initial cold rush passes, and that thinness is really the whole point, not an accident.
White musk is the only base note, and it barely announces itself, which keeps this feeling more like a cold splash than a composed fragrance. Sillage stays private, noticed mostly by the wearer, and longevity keeps a steady, unhurried pace without much fanfare in either direction. Summer owns the season data entirely, with the night score trailing far behind the day one, so this reads as a hot-morning, minimal-effort scent, not an evening one.
