Changer is a daytime companion for someone who wants a floral that does not float away. The opening violet and rose give it a soft, powdery frame that feels at home in sunlight, and the raspberry heart pulls the flowers toward something edible without crossing into candy. Filigree & Shadow built a scent that stays close to skin and mood rather than making a grand entrance, which is exactly what a morning walk or a desk drawer needs.
James Elliott uses the base to keep that brightness grounded. Cedar and patchouli add a dry, woody spine so the fruit never slips into syrup, while tobacco lends a faintly dusty warmth that keeps the whole composition feeling adult. Musk smooths the edges so the transition from flower to wood reads as one continuous gesture instead of a series of stops.
The result is a garden path where petals have fallen onto a wooden bench. Raspberry stains the pale violet air, and the cedar beneath it holds the scent in place while tobacco curls through the slats.
