The liquor note is sharp but fleeting, and within minutes the heart softens into a jammy blend of plum, Turkish rose, and jasmine sambac. The florals hover just behind the fruit, never pushing into potpourri territory. As it settles, the base reveals a dense, sweet blanket of vanilla, tonka, cinnamon, and Peru balsam, with a faint woody spice from sandalwood and cloves that keeps it from becoming a sugar-bomb. The overall character is like a glazed cherry tart served on a mahogany sideboard, warm and slightly sticky, but not cloying. This is a fairly synthetic but pleasant mainstream oriental floral, the kind that sits comfortably on skin without shouting. The sillage is modest and longevity hovers around four to five hours, so you will need to reapply if you want it to last through a full workday. It suits anyone who loves sweet, nutty, fruity scents, especially fans of TF Lost Cherry or similar but at a fraction of the cost.
