Our take

Unforgettable opens with a burst of jammy plum and pomegranate, sticky and pink like the last syrupy spoonful of fruit cocktail. The sweetness is immediate and unabashed, but it softens quickly into a Turkish rose that feels plush rather than thorny, backed by a jasmine that is more sheer veil than full bloom. The dry down is where this fragrance reveals its true heart: vanilla and tonka bean fold into a powdery cashmeran base that wraps the fruit and florals in a warm, ambered blanket. The overall effect is that of a sequined dress you spot in a dimly lit lounge, glamorous but fragile, gone from memory the moment you turn away.

The problem is that this is a ghost of a fragrance. Longevity barely scratches three hours, and sillage hovers so close to the skin that you have to press your wrist to your nose to catch it. For a fragrance named Unforgettable, it is curiously forgettable in performance, a whispered promise instead of a statement. It feels synthetic in the opening, that candied fruit note lacking any real depth, but the powdery rose-vanilla core is genuinely pleasant, if mainstream and unchallenging.

Who should wear this? Someone who wants a soft, sweet hug of vanilla and clean rose for a quiet winter evening or a date night where proximity is guaranteed. Skip it if you expect your scent to fill a room or last through dinner. Would you really pay for a fragrance that evaporates before the first dance ends? Wear it layered under a heavier scent, or simply enjoy the fleeting warmth it offers before it slips away.
