Sandalwood and cedar give the heart a dry, polished grain. Patchouli adds an earthy depth while incense curls through with a grey, smoky haze. Vanilla is present, yet it stays in the background, acting as a soft cushion for the woods rather than a dessert topping. The mix feels like standing in a wood-paneled room where the air is thick with heated resin and amber.
Leather arrives in the base with a smooth, slightly worn texture. Oakmoss grounds the blend with a damp, green earthiness that pulls the warmer notes back from the edge of heaviness. Precious woods and resins linger, creating a dense, balsamic finish. The powdery facet of the accord can become overwhelming on the skin, muting the distinct rose and fruit notes until the composition feels like a single, indistinct cloud.
