Eterna opens with a bright citrus blend built around sweet orange, mandarin, bergamot and a distinct pamplewood note. Pink pepper adds a gentle lift without turning sharp. The entrance feels clean and immediate, leaning into the citrus accord while the pepper gives it a faint edge that keeps the fruit from sitting flat.
The heart moves into white florals anchored by jasmine sambac and freesia. Transparent flowers sit alongside violet and lily-of-the-valley, creating a soft, powdery floral layer. The violet is noticeable here and carries through the middle, supported by the freesia and the sambac, which add weight without heaviness.
Cashmeran, ambergris, patchouli, musk and amberwood form a base that is amber-forward and woody. The patchouli is present but restrained, and the musk smooths the texture. Animalic touches from the ambergris sit quietly under the amberwood, giving the drydown a warm, slightly dense finish that stays close to the skin.
