PRUNELLE
Fragrance notes
Character
The dressing table is cluttered with hairpins and a half-drunk glass of water. In this small, quiet space, PRUNELLE by ABOUJAMIL Perfumery sits heavy in the air. The scent is a thick blend of cotton candy and raspberry, twisted together until the fruit loses its tart edge and becomes pure sugar. It is a sticky, colorful atmosphere that clings to the wooden surface and the skin of the person sitting there.
Strawberry and plum add a deep, jammy weight to the room. The fruit is so concentrated that it feels almost syrupy, coating the immediate surroundings in a bright, neon pink haze. There is a softness here too, provided by the rose, which pushes through the candy like a fresh petal stuck to a piece of hard toffee. It creates a floral candy shop vibe that feels intentional and very specific to this corner of the morning.
White musk and Indian sandalwood ground the scene against the wall. They provide a creamy, powdery backdrop that keeps the sugar from feeling too sharp against the wood grain. The sandalwood offers a smooth, pale wood texture that sits behind the fruit, making the air feel plush and lived-in. It is a comfortable mess of sweetness and soft fabric notes, all mixed into one breath.
The litchi adds a watery, juicy sparkle to the mix, catching the light that hits the mirror. Everything blends into a single, cohesive cloud of fruity musk, the powdery accord settling on the sleeves of a sweater left on the chair. The air smells of ripe stone fruit and spun sugar, a dense, happy confusion of notes that fills the space entirely, waiting for the next
