Black currant arrives first with a tart, juicy brightness that cuts through the heavy air of incense. Elemi adds a crisp, resinous edge that keeps the opening from feeling too dark. Tuberose soon follows, creamy and loud, pushing the scent into a bold floral space. Leather sits beside it, smooth and faintly rugged, while violet softens the heart with a powdery, slightly cool touch. Labdanum and patchouli anchor everything with a thick, balsamic warmth. Musk lingers underneath, adding a skin-like softness to the heavier base.
The overall impression is amber-rich and smoky, with a distinct animalic trace that gives it character. It feels balsamic and woody rather than fresh or light. Some will find the tuberose overwhelming, while others will enjoy the contrast with the leather. The powdery drydown is persistent and dense.
