Character
A burst of ripe stone fruit and citrus leads the way, with apricot, peach, plum, pineapple, bergamot and cassis creating a bright, juicy opening. Galbanum and cardamom add a green, aromatic edge that keeps the sweetness from becoming flat. Orange blossom and blackberry round out the top with a slightly tart, floral fruitiness that feels immediate and cheerful.
The heart opens into a dense white floral bouquet. Lily-of-the-valley, hyacinth, freesia and lily sit beside jasmine, rose, ylang-ylang, carnation, tuberose and gardenia. The blend is lush and slightly powdery, with the tuberose and gardenia lending weight while the lily-of-the-valley and freesia keep the air moving through the composition. It feels ornate rather than minimal, with many petals layered at once.
The base brings vanilla, tonka bean, benzoin, amber, musk, cedar, sandalwood, vetiver and patchouli. The result is warm, sweet and woody, with the vanilla and amber softening the green spice from the opening. It suits daytime wear in a bright setting, where the fruit and white florals can sit comfortably in the open air.
