Our take

Cashmere Tuberose opens with a bright mix of bergamot, strawberry, peach, and coconut, sharpened by cardamom and coriander. The fruit feels ripe and sun-warmed, while the spices add a dry edge that keeps the sweetness from becoming heavy right away. This stage moves quickly into the heart, where Indian tuberose and jasmine take over alongside rose and heliotrope. The white floral presence is lush and creamy, with heliotrope lending a soft almond-like smoothness that blends into the rose without letting it dominate.

The base settles into benzoin, sandalwood, tolu balsam, labdanum, white musk, vanilla, and tonka bean. Vanilla and tonka lead the impression, supported by the resinous depth of balsam and labdanum, while sandalwood adds a gentle woodiness and musk keeps the drydown rounded. The overall character is amber-heavy, powdery, and balsamic, with fruity and woody accents that remain present throughout. It suits cooler air and dimmer light, when the warmth of the resins and the weight of the florals feel natural rather than overwhelming.

The composition leans heavily on synthetic vanilla and white musk, which can flatten the more delicate floral details in the heart. The fruit in the opening also feels slightly artificial, especially the strawberry and peach, which lack the freshness of natural fruit. For a perfume built around tuberose, the flower itself sometimes gets buried under the amber and powdery base.
