Clary sage and lavender bring a familiar herbal edge, while geranium adds a green, slightly peppery facet. Coffee appears early, not as a gourmand note but as a dry, roasted bitterness that cuts through the brightness. Seaweed and nutmeg introduce a saline, spicy thread that keeps the opening from settling into a standard barbershop style. The transition into the heart deepens the pine through Siberian pine and balsam fir, with oakmoss and mushroom lending a damp, earthy texture.
