Our take

Yuzu hits first with a tart brightness that feels like walking into a garden just after the rain. Gardenia and lily-of-the-valley soften that edge quickly, while peony and mimosa add a gentle, pollen-heavy air. The opening is fresh and citrus-driven, but it never leans sharp or clinical.

Apple and sour cherry bring a juicy, slightly tangy fruitiness that blends with blackberry for a lush, edible heart. Damask rose sits quietly underneath, giving the fruit a floral backbone, and green leaves keep the middle from feeling heavy. Tonka bean and almond start to show early, adding a smooth, powdery warmth that prepares the ground for the base.

Amber and iris deepen the drydown into a soft, gourmand finish that stays close to the skin and feels comforting rather than bold. The musk adds a clean lift, but the overall impression is sweet and powdery in a way that can read a bit generic if you prefer distinct, architectural florals. The fruit, the petals, and the almond blur together instead of standing apart.
