Character
Pistachio and ice cream open exactly as described, a cold, nutty sweetness, with hazelnut and a touch of rum giving it an actual dessert quality, not just a vague gourmand haze. Cardamom adds a warm spice note early on, and bergamot brings a small citrus lift right out of the gate. Olivier Cresp and Sébastien Cresp composed this together in 2023.
Lily-of-the-valley, pear, and white peach add a fruity-floral layer in the heart, though the dessert theme never really leaves. Whipped cream, marshmallow, cotton candy, and loukhoum pile on in the base along with tonka bean and cacao, turning thick and confectionery, sandalwood and cedar barely visible under all that sugar. That sandalwood and cedar hold on for a reasonable while, and the sillage they carry stays private, felt right on the skin rather than drifting past it.
Spring and summer are its best seasons, worn during the day when a sweet, playful scent feels appropriate. This is built for people who genuinely love gourmand sweetness without embarrassment, pistachio and marshmallow doing exactly what the name promises, and geranium in the heart is about the only note fighting to be heard over all that sugar.
