The smoke from the incense feels dry and curls around the soft powder of the iris accord. Amber and warm spicy elements give the blend a deep, resinous weight. Animalic musk adds a slightly rough edge to the smooth wood.
The oud here is earthy and dark, sitting close to the balsamic sweetness of the base. Violet leaf brings a cool green touch that cuts through the heavier materials.
