Our take

Dreaming opens with a dusty-sweet peach, its fuzziness pricked by pink pepper and the tart tang of black currant, like biting into fruit that's just past peak ripeness. The heart softens into white peach and freesia, but tuberose soon muscles in, giving this supposedly delicate floral a surprising, slightly animalic purr. On dry down, lily and a whisper of sandalwood try to anchor it, but the whole thing melts into a powdery, musky haze that settles close to the skin. The overall character is that of a sun-warmed handkerchief dropped in a field, pretty but already fading. With a longevity barely breaking three and a sillage that might as well be a private whisper, this fragrance is a shy guest at the party, not the life of it. It feels mainstream and slightly synthetic, like a fruit cocktail garnished with a single, wilting gardenia. Who should wear it? Someone who wants a gentle, airy floral for a springtime brunch or a lazy afternoon errand, not a woman who expects her scent to announce her arrival. Skip it if you crave any kind of presence or staying power. At its heart, Dreaming is a fleeting daydream, lovely while it lasts but forgotten the moment you turn your head.
