Alcor
Fragrance notes
Character
Alcor opens with a bright mix of Calabrian bergamot, grapefruit, and lemon. Guatemalan cardamom and lavender add a dry, herbal edge to the citrus. The start feels clean and sharp, with the spice giving the fruit a structured frame rather than letting it run sweet.
The heart introduces orris and Bulgarian rose alongside patchouli, lily-of-the-valley, and cypriol. The iris brings a powdery softness that mingles with the rose, while patchouli and cypriol keep the center grounded and slightly earthy. Lily-of-the-valley lifts the blend with a light floral touch that prevents the heavier notes from dominating.
The base combines leather, Madagascar vanilla, Cambodian oud, musk, and ambergris. Leather and oud create a dark, resinous foundation, while vanilla smooths the edges with gentle sweetness. Musk and ambergris add a warm, skin-like texture that holds the other elements together. The overall character is citrus, aromatic, iris, warm spicy, fresh spicy, and powdery.
