Our take

The cedar here leans dry and a little sharp, which can make the opening feel thin if you expect something rounded. It does not wrap around the skin so much as sit beside it, and the transition between the first impression and the rest of the composition is not always smooth.

Sunlight hits a terrace table where a glass of iced citrus sits next to a plate of almond biscuits. The air is clear and warm, and the scent fits that space without trying to claim the whole room. It stays close to the moment and to the surface.

Amaretto gives the heart a soft, rounded sweetness that reads more like almond paste than a baked dessert. The floral accord is light and slightly powdery, adding a gentle haze to the fruit. Musk keeps the base clean and a little blurred rather than deep or heavy.

Citruses lead at first, then the almond note takes over and carries the fragrance through its middle. Cedar anchors the final stretch with a dry wood tone that never becomes dark or resinous. The overall impression stays fruity and musky with a powdery finish that feels more like a suggestion than a statement
