Istanbul
Fragrance notes
Character
Istanbul opens with a bright mix of bergamot, mandarin orange, galbanum and fig. The citrus provides an immediate lift while the galbanum adds a crisp green edge. Fig brings a soft, slightly milky fruitiness that rounds out the sharp citrus without making the start feel heavy or sweet.
The heart introduces black currant, geranium and jasmine. Black currant offers a tart dark fruit contrast to the opening, and geranium supplies a leafy, slightly herbal floral touch. Jasmine sits in the background, adding a smooth white floral layer that keeps the middle from leaning too far into sour or green territory.
Sandalwood, vetiver, amber and musk form a base that feels warm and lightly powdery. Vetiver gives a dry, earthy foundation while sandalwood and amber add smooth resinous depth. Musk keeps the finish close and clean. Composed by Hüseyin Erdoğmuş, this unisex scent fits a city day of walking and meetings, or an evening dinner where a polished, aromatic presence is welcome.
