Our take

Sudu Te opens with mandarin orange and green mango, joined by litchi for a bright, juicy lift. Cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg add a warm, slightly prickly edge that keeps the fruit from feeling flat. The spices are present but measured, sitting just above the surface before the heart takes over.

White tea and frangipani lead the middle, with coriander and cardamom adding a gentle, herbal sharpness. Jasmine sambac and orchid round it out, keeping the floral side soft rather than heady. As the blend settles, Australian sandalwood and massoia wood take hold, supported by benzoin. The woods feel smooth and steady, carrying the earlier spice into a calm, resinous finish that stays with you through a full day of wear. It sits near the skin, noticeable to those close by without ever pushing outward.

The composition feels cohesive across warm days and bright mornings, moving easily from a casual outing to a daytime gathering. It wears comfortably in the heat and carries well into cooler evenings. The one drawback is the spice blend in the opening, which can feel a bit sharp and slightly synthetic if applied heavily.
