Golden Scenc
Fragrance notes
The sun sits low over a stone courtyard where a small table holds a bowl of sliced pineapple and tart black currant. Someone peels a fresh bergamot nearby, the bright citrus oil mixing with the crisp bite of a green apple placed on a linen napkin. The air feels alive with that fruit, sweet and sharp at once, as a faint breeze moves through the space and carries the scent across the warm stone.
A cluster of Moroccan jasmine grows against the wall, its white petals open to the evening. Beside it, a single rose bush drops a petal onto the ground, adding a soft floral layer to the air. The rough bark of a birch tree stands nearby, its dry wood scent grounding the flowers, while damp soil underfoot brings a patchouli leaf crushed quietly against the earth.
As the light fades, the stone retains a little warmth and the air settles into something deeper. A piece of ambergris rests on a wooden ledge, salty and smooth, next to a small jar of vanilla that smells rich and thick. Oakmoss clings to the shaded side of the courtyard wall, its green dampness weaving through a clean musk that rises from the ground, pulling the fruit and flowers into a heavy, earthy embrace.
The apple and pineapple still linger near the table, their sugar now wrapped in birch and rose, while the vanilla stretches across the moss and musk like a soft cloth laid over the courtyard floor, catching the last of the jasmine and patchouli
