Our take

Carrot seed hits first, a fuzzy green pop like snapping a fresh stem, then pink pepper adds a bright fizz that softens into orris. That orris is the core of this thing, dusty and lipstick-smooth, with jasmine sneaking in just enough sweetness to keep it from turning into a vintage powder puff. The base is all musk and ambroxan and cashmeran, a clean woody hum that feels more like a memory than a presence. The overall image is a polaroid of a daisy taken through a cracked lens, slightly blurred and too warm, but charming in its imperfection.

This wears like a whisper. Longevity barely clears two hours, sillage hovers at elbow distance, so it’s not a fragrance that announces itself. It feels natural enough, the carrot seed and orris lending an earthy rootiness, but the synthetics in the base keep it from smelling truly organic, more like a clever reconstruction than a garden bloom. It leans soft, powdery, and intimate. Suits someone who dresses in secondhand linens and listens to shoegaze, who wants a scent that clings to their own skin rather than the room. Skip it if you crave projection or a full day’s wear; this is a short, quiet story. Best worn on a cool spring afternoon, or a summer evening when the air is just beginning to chill, and you want to smell like the space between awake and dreaming.
