Narcotic Euphoria
Fragrance notes
The sun is low over a dry hillside where wild grasses press against warm stone. Someone sits on a wooden bench with a glass of cold water, the air around them threaded with the sharp bite of grapefruit and the dry snap of pepper. The citrus is bright but not sweet, cut quickly by a resinous curl of frankincense that smells of sun-heated wood and pale smoke. Nearby, a crushed leaf releases a green, herbal edge that feels close to the earth and entirely natural.
Cannabis runs through the middle of the scent, earthy and herbal rather than sugary or loud. Black currant adds a small, dark fruit shadow that keeps the resin from feeling too dry. The mix stays aromatic and woody, never leaning into dessert or candy. Vetiver and nagarmotha ground the air with a rooty, mineral weight, while musk settles everything into a soft, skin-close haze that blends with the warmth of the stones and the fading light.
Olivier Maurel composed this for anyone standing still in that moment, breathing air that is equal parts citrus, smoke, and soil. It suits someone who likes resin and green herbs more than polished florals or vanilla. The grapefruit flickers, the frankincense deepens, and the nagarmotha holds a quiet, mineral heat that keeps the scene anchored to the bench, the hillside, and the cooling
