Wild Leather opens with a sharp, almost medicinal burst of bergamot and black pepper, quickly softened by lavender’s herbal sweetness and the dusty heat of saffron. Within minutes, the leather emerges – not the pristine, polished kind, but a well-worn suede saddle stained with licorice and streaked with thyme. The drydown is where it settles into its true character: a warm, powdery embrace of guaiac wood, bourbon vanilla, and patchouli, with just a hint of animalic musk lingering beneath. The whole thing feels like a leather-bound journal left open on a windowsill after a thunderstorm, the pages warped with moisture and whispers of orange blossom.

This is a heavy, sweet fragrance that leans almost gourmand in its vanilla-licorice core, but the herbal geranium and black pepper keep it from tipping into cloying territory.
