Sainte Extase
Fragrance notes
Character
Wildflowers open the fragrance with a fresh, green lift that feels untamed rather than manicured. The petals carry a natural edge that avoids the soapy cleanliness found in many modern florals. It is a brief moment before the heavier elements take hold.
Cloves bring a warm, piercing spice to the heart. Spanish labdanum adds a resinous weight that feels sticky and golden. Together they create a dense center that pulls the fragrance away from the light top notes and into something far more serious.
Texas cedar and precious woods form a sturdy foundation that smells dry and rugged. Oakmoss contributes a damp, forest floor quality that grounds the resin. Haitian vetiver finishes the base with a smoky, root-like earthiness that feels deeply textured and raw.
Sainte Extase is a thick, amber-tinged walk through a dense woodland where the trees are leaking sap onto the dry soil.
