Our take

Oolong Tea opens with a surprising blast of honey and hay, all blurry sweetness and sun-scorched grass, before the cacao pod and tonka bean slide in to muddy the waters with a dry, almost dusty cocoa powder accord. The tobacco note never smokes, it whispers, kept herbal and faintly spicy by a green thread that runs through the whole composition. This is a fragrance that behaves like a paper lantern strung between two trees at dusk, glowing softly but never quite warming the air around it. It feels natural in its sweetness, leaning more mainstream than niche, but with a complexity that saves it from being just another honey bomb. The longevity is a known weak point at under three hours on most skins, and the sillage sits politely close, which makes sense for an Oriental that refuses to shout. Who should wear it? Someone who wants a sweet, hay touched scent for a crisp autumn afternoon, preferably paired with a sweater that can hold onto the fumes. Skip it if you demand projection or all day performance, because this one fades into a faint vanilla amber skin scent before you have time to miss it. Best reserved for daytime in fall, when the honey and hay actually feel like they belong in the air.
