Our take

Damask rose and rose sit beside sweet orange and pomegranate, a fruitiness that feels sunlit rather than candied. Black pepper and cinnamon add a warm lift that keeps the petals from lying flat. Myrrh and copaiba balm carry a resinous weight through the blend, giving the florals a steady anchor that stays present through a full day of wear. Elemi and amyris add a clean, pale wood that sits near the skin and never pushes outward.

Jasmine sambac threads through the roses with a slightly indolic hum. Dates and vanilla soften the edges without turning the composition sugary. Tobacco and guaiac wood bring a dry, faintly smoky texture that pairs well with oakmoss and sandalwood. The overall impression is balsamic and aromatic, a sweet warmth that remains close to the body and does not announce itself across a room.

Prissana created Vallée Des Roses with perfumer Prin Lomros. The scent suits someone walking through a bright market where roses are stacked in open crates beside baskets of citrus and spice. It is not for those who want a sheer, watery floral or a fragrance that projects loudly in every direction. A courtyard table under a clear sky, petals drifting onto a wooden surface still warm from the morning.
